The five that matter most

  • Each order stands alone. Nothing recurs and no card is retained.
  • 45 days to return from delivery, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge.
  • Documents are supplied on request at no charge, or we say plainly that they are not held.
  • Texts are optional and are not a condition of any purchase.
  • No health claims. Everything sold here is a dietary supplement.

What follows is the agreement between you and BRONSON NUTRITIONALS, LLC (EIN 45-4443300), which trades as BRONSON NUTRITIONALS LLC and operates cellergylab.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, make a purchase, or subscribe to our marketing communications. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Products and Health Disclaimer

Archive Range and all products sold on this website are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

4. SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from BRONSON NUTRITIONALS LLC at the phone number provided, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

  • Message frequency varies based on promotions and account activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Reply HELP to any message for customer support.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Sending something back

The return window is 45 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at records@cellergylab.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

6. Rights in this material

Copyright and related rights in this site rest with BRONSON NUTRITIONALS, LLC or its licensors. Nothing on the site transfers any of those rights to you, and reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires written consent from us beforehand.

7. Liability cap

Our liability to you is limited to the sum you paid for the product the claim concerns. To the fullest extent the law permits, BRONSON NUTRITIONALS, LLC accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind connected with this website or the products on it.

8. Which law applies

Utah law governs this agreement, conflict-of-law rules aside, and the courts of Utah are where any dispute is heard. This does not take away rights you hold under the law of your own state; where the two differ, whichever is better for you applies.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Records, file access and withdrawals

  • BRONSON NUTRITIONALS, LLC keeps a corporate archive covering formula revisions, suppliers, label copy, complaints and release testing, and publishes a file card for each.
  • Documents held in a published file are supplied on request at no charge. Where a document is not held, we say so rather than describing it from memory.
  • A formula may be revised. Where it is, the revision is recorded with its date and reason, and the pack in your hand is described by the label on it rather than by any earlier page.
  • Every unit carries a lot number, and release testing is filed against it. A batch that misses a limit is destroyed rather than reworked.
  • On a withdrawal, the recipients are identified from the order record and refunded in full; returning the goods is not a precondition.
  • These terms take nothing away from your rights under local law. Any difference is resolved in your favour.
