Four ways out, all of them immediate
No reason is requested. Coming off changes nothing about prices, orders, file access or returns.
- Reply STOP to any message. Fastest of the four, and carriers honour it themselves. HELP returns our details instead of ending anything.
- Use the form beside this. The record is closed the moment it is submitted.
- Telephone +1 (469) 242-3544 during Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central and it is done on the call.

What carries on exactly as before
- Prices. No rate has ever turned on taking messages.
- Orders. An order already taken proceeds unchanged, and its emails still arrive.
- File access. Ask for a document and it is sent the same working day, exactly as before.
- Returns. The 45-day window is untouched.
Being accessioned again
Deaccessioning is not meant to be final. Enter the number again from the front page or the reading room page and a new record opens with a fresh consent date. We will not open it for you, and a closed consent is not treated as still standing.
